Paxton Academy

Paxton Academy Sports and Science aims to be an outstanding, innovative school offering a unique learning environment for children aged 3 – 18 years. The Academy will be an all- through, inclusive, co- educational school for local children which will offer a rich and rigorous academic and ‘all- round’ education grounded in a Christian ethos, for 50 weeks of the year. The school will offer our Core curriculum during the morning sessions (English, maths, science, PE and RE) and then provide a range of foundation subjects such as geography, history, art, music, ICT, languages and Philosophy for Children during our afternoon sessions. For our pre-school and junior departments this will be delivered through a thematic, creative curriculum such as, the International Primary Curriculum. their mission is simply to create an outstanding Academy which is highly regarded in the local community. They fundamentally believe that all children can achieve highly if they are given the right tools, moral and spiritual guidance and optimum conditions for learning.
